Vivekananda career counselling : A wasteful scheme of MP government

This was started by last education minister and by reports of that time one noted "government educationist" (similar to government saint , vinoba bhave or government scientist Yashpal) was made incharge. In a state with far off colleges, teacher absenteeism and bad qualtiy of teaching education department enjoys doing new experiments.

So we have on and off 5th and 8th board.
semester system in colleges - no state in India does this.

no one is concerned about creating employment or bringing industry into state or at least getting good institutions opened up here that what do they council to rural and urban students is beyond my understanding.
